Gaia's old artwork
Gaia is a divine mare. She has a male counterpart, Ouranos.
She is the dam of all foundation horses - the first horse a player has when they start out in the game.
There used to be one Gaia on Howrse, owned by Ow, the site's creator. Now, Gaia is the name of the horse that new players start the tutorial with. She belongs to Emma. She no longer uses her old artwork - instead, she has the breed and coat that the player selected when creating their account. When looking at a horse's family tree, only her name is displayed. It cannot be clicked on and she does not have a profile page.
