Usage[]
The Fertility Wand causes your mare to give birth to identical twins. This item can be given to a mare at any time - it will only activate during the gestation period of the mare's next covering and will disappear afterwards. The vet birthing price remains the same as birthing one foal.
This item is often used on drafts and donkeys, as this item allows you to make the most of their limited number of coverings.

- Qilin will give a Fertility Wand on the 1st of each month, provided you logged in the day before.
- Gemini will give a Fertility Wand on the 11th of each month, provided you logged in at least once over the previous 3 days and you own both versions of Gemini
- Reaching 100% wind force with Zephyrus may award the player with a Fertility Wand.
- The gift received on the 25th of a month other than December by Feliz Navidad may be a Fertility Wand.
- Raising the veil with Loki will give a Fertility Wand.
- Completing Guinevere's mission will give a Fertility Wand.
In-game Events[]
- Occasionally in-game events will reward you a Fertility Wand by participating. This depends on the event, and may not be available all the time.
Purchasing[]
- The Fertility Wand can be traded from other players using the Item Exchange for Equus or other Black Market Items.
- The Fertility Wand can also be purchased directly from the game for 95 Passes by using the Black Market page.
